Demolition of existing dwelling and construction of replacement.
Construction of large garage, with landscaping to the front and rear of the property.
Pikemere Road, Alsager
Construction of a contemporary extension to the rear of a traditional style home.
Removal of floors in the existing kitchen and utility. Installation of underfloor heating in these area’s and the extension. Refurbishment of area.
Installation of bi-fold doors to give light to the open plan space.
Snape Hall Close, Whitmore
Construction of a single storey extension in keeping with the existing property.
Creation of extended kitchen and living space. A garage, playroom and bathroom were also included within the build.
Externally to the front of the property a new driveway was laid. To the rear a patio was laid and hot tub installed.
